| At our Sunday night gatherings, we begin with chanting and end with sharing of blessings. In between we'll meditate and then have a discussion or do walking meditation. See details in calendar below. Everyone is welcome. | |

| Time: | 6:30 pm to 8:00 pm. Please note that the door will be locked at 6:40 pm per the yoga studio's protocol. |
| Bring: | Bring a cushion if you'd like. Blankets and chairs are available. |
| Dana: | Dana is a Pali word meaning generosity. In accord with tradition and the Buddha's teachings the Albuquerque Vipassana Sangha freely offers all of our programs. Every activity and program that we offer is made possible through people's voluntary contributions of time and money. The Sangha gratefully receives all voluntary contributions that support our work to make the Buddha's teachings available in Albuquerque.
