Engaged Buddhism

What: This is a continuation of the study group that began in January in which we explore the topic of Engaged Buddhism in the context of dharma perspectives of justice and compassion, and, in particular, how it relates to our sangha and its mission statement and values. We'll have an open meeting on August 13 and new members are welcome! We'll start with a discussion of what's next? Please check out the flyer for more information.

Leaders: No leaders at this point. We'll let whoever shows up at the August 13 meeting decide. Brian Lesage serves as consulting teacher and advisor.

Time: We'll begin promptly at 6:30 pm.
