Membership Meetings
Everyone is welcome and encouraged to attend, including and especially
people new to the sangha.
The annual membership meeting is scheduled for
Sunday, September 19, 2010, from 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm,
at Kempton Lindquist's home.

The agenda for the meeting will include an election for positions
on the Board of Directors. We elect a few new members each fall
when a few others rotate off the board. Anyone wishing to make a
nomination or volunteer to be nominated is encouraged to contact
sangha president Kempton Lindquist (above address). Nominations
may also be made at the meeting. Please consider volunteering for
this valuable and much appreciated service to the sangha.
Important: If you wish to vote in the board election and participate in
consensus decisions, please see below.
We need your Notice of Intent to Maintain Membership
Notice from Secretary, July 13, 2010:
Sangha Bylaws provide the following: Notice of Intent to Maintain
Membership is required of all members on an annual basis. The Secretary
shall mail or email Notices of Intent to Maintain Membership along with the
Notice of Annual Meeting to all members on the current membership list no
later than sixty (60) days prior to the Annual Meeting. Only those
members who have indicated to the Secretary their intention to maintain
membership shall remain as voting members for the following annual meeting.
All members are encouraged to contact me to indicate intention to maintain
membership. Contact may be by email, telephone, in person, U.S. mail, or
any other method, except anonymously. Members not so indicating their
intention will be gently moved to a separate mailing list. Please note that
you don't have to be a member to attend sangha functions, and you can join
or rejoin anytime.

In addition to membership meetings, all members are invited to join the sangha
board for their meetings which take place every other month.
